The individual care and attention given by all members of staff.
The nurses are ten out of ten very caring and friendly. The surgeon was friendly and made it easy for me and the auctiatist. Food was pleasant with plenty of choice. Nothing would be improved.
The communication between staff is very good on time for everything from medication to food very friendly and carry.

Majority of staff were friendly.
Care was generally excellent.
Pre-op, op and post all very professional.
One gripe was getting enough sleep.
Switching of lights on not given enough thought.
*The care provided when feet was being washed and physiotherapists were really good. Physiotherapists were really helpful.
*The food was alright and nutritious.
*The shower+ easily gets flooded and more likely to fall.
*The staff nurse called Susan Turriff was rude as on 09/10/2014, when she was assisting me on the bed, she said she couldn't lift leg as "I'm too big. I was upset.
It was all good nursing staff fab.

Doesn't get served til 9 - not even a cup of tea!!!
Special afutian for Dave - every ward should have one if him!
All staff very good kind and considerate.
